DevOps Practice Lead handling following responsibilities as part of Digital transformation journey through Data Engineering and Data Science:

• Establish Multi Cloud and DevOps/SRE Practice in Tiger Analytics. Practice leader for Cloud DevOps SRE and total team size is around 200 resources.
• Bring 20% increase in efficiency and Dollar saving through different automation use cases for multiple clients.
• Define the Cloud, DevOps and Site reliability Strategy and service offerings

• Identify opportunities related to Maintenance and Support project use cases for automation and prepare the implementation plan and bring Value proposition in Maintenance and support projects
• Work with Partnership team to identify the new potential opportunities in Cloud, DevOps and SRE.

• Cloud DevOps Practice Lead under Infrastructure consulting group. Managing 150 + DevOps engineers and multiple projects/programs.
• Perform assessment and build DevOps strategy for different projects and plan short term and long terms goals related to DevOps implementation.
• Build the road map for the DevOps implementation based on the maturity Assessment.
• Design and Implement DevOps pipeline includes Infra as code using Terraform, AWS could formation, ARM Template etc, CI/CD using different standard DevOps tools like Git Hub, Jenkins, Maven, Junit, MS Build, MS test, Selenium, Nagios using Agile methodology .
• Lead the recruitment and build pool of DevOps resources under the DevOps practice. Define long term strategy for building assets under DevOps practice.
• Identify the DevOps training needs and conduct trainings on need basis.
• Manage the Organizational change management process. Define the new IT operating model for DevOps implementation, Solutioning, Estimation of DevOps related implementation

As part of Infra consulting group Involved in Multiple Data center migration and consolidation projects. Key activities performed as part of this role is given below:

• Define the overall data centre consolidation and application migration project scope with the project sponsor and key project/program stakeholders (e.g., delivery leadership team, solution architects).
• Develop program/project/phase plans and worked with solution architect for the estimation.
• Determine needed deliverables, macro approach, project profile, responsible teams, overall project schedule/timeline, and critical path by deliverable, productivity improvements, overall risks and planning assumptions using Accenture Delivery Methods as required.
• Create/consolidate project resources.
• Involved in Bill of material development and preparation of Statement of work with different vendors like HP, CISCO for their professional and consulting services.
• Worked with Supply chain management team and handle the HP, CISCO, other network equipment’s like Riverbed,F5 etc in data centres.
• Identify the steps to proactively mitigate project risk as defined/required in project plan.
• Participate in quality management reviews.
• Ensure that the project’s assigned portion of the Business Case planned value is delivered.
• Single point of contact for all APAC application migration.
• Prepare the cut over of plan application migration, execute the application migration with the support of Accenture offshore team, third party vendors.

As part of IT Strategy and Consulting group I was involved in multiple projects and following are the list of activities I had handled during that period:

• Programme Management of global strategy and transformational efforts, Cloud strategy creation and client landscape assessments for transformation and cloud, movement.
• Presales activities – client orals, proposals and responses, Assessment of Business Strategies and formulate plan of transformation to New IT and Agility.
• Establishment of Programme Management Offices and align processes and methodology to the engagement at hand, Management Advisory and Reporting.
• Overall Risk, Action, Issue and Decision Management, Programme Financial Coordination, Resourcing and Delivery Management, Team management and Mentor junior and existing project managers.
