I am currently a full time swing manager/ OTP pro. My scope of work as an OTP is managing IP and analog security systems, installing and maintaining pos equipment such as KVS (kitchen video systems) POS hardware. PEDs, printers, biometrics. I am also in charge of 2 servers. My main roll is working as a shift manager and OTP at a single store however a few times out of the year I watch over 9 stores as a OTP. I have done multiple camera installs. Which included tearing out all old cameras, and installing all new cat6 cable and installing all new IP cameras and new switches and NVR’s. I’ve done full tech rack remediations. My roll as a shift manager is dealing with customers ensuring they are satisfied at every experience. I manage the kitchen and service area, I help resolve conflicts, deal with call outs, and assist department managers in their departments. I have worked for McDonald’s for 5 years now, I have been a shift manager for 1 year, I have been a OTP pro for 10 months currently.
