Handling Day to Day Network security operations ( F5 WAF,Nginx Plus WAF, Trellix CMS, Email Security, File Security)

F5 WAF- ASM

• Daily device health check & creating checklist
• Troubleshooting Daily WAF operational Issue with vendors and Application Team.
• Raising OEM cased with F5 support team to close on critical cases with in SLA
• Providing Reasons requests blocked by F5 WAF - with the support ID.
• Whitelisting some valid violations for smooth operation of the NPCI application in F5 ASM prior approval form IS team.
• Creating ASM policy for new WAF deployment.
• ASM Signature update of the F5 Devices
• Complete handling of F5 ASM

Trellix CMS , Email Security and File protect:

• Daily Fire Eye monitoring report
• Quarantined Emails are released as per user request ,after analyzing the the signatures and mails for any suspicious files or URL.
• Blocking suspicious sender emails, domains and URL in FireEye as per Soc team .
• Creating Fire Eye FX storage and scan profiles for STFP scan.
• Raising OEM case in F5 support portal to analyze and close critical issue with in given SLA
• Sending Reports to Emails blocked and Quarantined mails released.

Other Activity :

• Monitor device and server health of all the devices
• Monitor WAF Traffic for any violations.
• Monthly Reports RBAC , dormancy shared to respective teams.
• Support in DR drill
• Creating SOP for some of the device operations to maintain and handover current Setup.

• Analyzed log files for anomalies, identifying potential intrusions or malicious activity before significant damage occurred.
