• Leading Should Cost Team for SD&D (PSLD) and Negotiation Support
• Developed & Delivered more than 3000 should cost models in past 5 years, in both Direct & Indirect parts to PSLD RPM Projects like (Bearing, Seals, Pallet, Filters & Janitorial labor estimation)
• Supported in Negotiation table for Various RPM Negotiations like RPM Blitz (Milan, Singapore & Peoria) & Indian Suppliers Negotiations.
• Having hands on experience in various cost model tools like (TcPCM & Cleansheet)
• Digital Manufacturing support to Mapleton for monitoring production & downtime using PowerApps & Power BI
• Trained next should cost modeling Engineers for team

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborating with MSE, ER&D ,Quality and respective units engineers to complete Prototype.
• Interpretation of Drawing and study for manufacturing feasibility to
  prepare manufacturing plan.
• Make or Buy decision to be taken to manufacture component.
• Process planning for various tools and its components.
• Designing fixtures and special cutting tools for prototype component manufacturing.
• Components proving (Machining) in VMC,HMC and Conventional machines.
• 3D machining programming using UG NX5.
• Performed Cost reduction initiatives thru’ tool life management on Punches & Die, webs, Poke yoke in production.
• Maintaining system requirements – TS16949,TPM, ISO 14001,OSHAS 18001,5S.
