I answer the phones, help greet families, help type obituaries and place in requested publications, gather vital information from families for death certificates, except calls from a facility on a deceased, proficient in VRISM ( State of Tennessee Vital Records System), assist with funeral services, help train office staff, and maintain files. I am also proficient in Word and Excel. I interface with multiple vendors in order to carry out necessary business transactions as well as many other duties asked of me.
