I have been with Southeastern Freight Lines for almost 10 years now. I did Customer Service the first 6yrs. Task including billing, communicating with shippers/drivers/customers daily via phone and email, working reports in a timely manner, and being able to multi-task. Over 2yrs ago I was promoted to OS&D which is our overage/shortage/damage department. In this role we have to investigate lost freight and handle any issue out of the normal cut and dry pick up and delivery. It's definitely taught me patience and being able to really focus in on the small details of the shipments I investigate. Though my time here I have learned thinking on my feet with frustrated customers and quick problem solving.
