• Opened and operated the top boutique Christian music artist representation agency in Nashville. Signed, booked and routed tours for artists such as; MercyMe, Jeremy Camp, David Crowder, Nichole Nordeman, Natalie Grant and others. I managed a staff of 12 employees and was the director of payroll and human resources.
• During this time, I served on the Board of Directors of the Gospel Music Association, as well as the Visible School of Worship in Memphis.
• Third Coast was purchased by Paradigm International in 2012, and then William Morris Endeavor in 2015.

• Hired and managed employees to maximize productivity while training staff on best practices and protocols.

Opened my own agency with a roster of 7 Christian music artists. Successfully booked tours and negotiated contracts with venues and management.

I specialized in booking bands into college venues and routing tours through membership in the National Association of College Activities. (NACA)

Industry veteran, Charles Dorris left Headline International Talent, a country music agency (Reba McEntire, Ronnie Milsap) o open Charles Dorris and Associates in 1984.

As VP in the new venture, signed a great number of artists as the Contemporary Christian Music industry was in a state of growing popularity.

Represented signed artists like; Steven Curtis Chapman, Michael Card and others.
