Worked with a UK Airlines client as data analyst on various projects assigned as below.

Crew Management KPIs dashboard:

• Worked on cabin and flight operations data to develop KPI dashboards for Cabin and Flight Ops managers.
• Developed interactive dashboards to visualize more than 15 Crew/Flight performance metrics using various techniques of Tableau including LOD calculations, interactive filters, action filters, parameters, etc..
• Leveraged Databricks SQL for Data Manipulation and Validation to ensure there is right data source for Tableau Visualizations. Used various concepts of SQL like Joins, Window functions, CTEs and Subqueries.
• Collaborated with various stakeholders like Business analyst, data engineer, Head of Operations, Flight/Cabin Managers, Tester to ensure 100% fulfilment of end user requirements.

Aircraft Unplanned Parts WebApp:

• Translated humongous Excel file's calculations, which involved stock information of all aircraft parts in databricks SQL.
• Interacted with Aircraft Inventory managers to gather requirements and built WebApp from scratch.
• Worked on open source Python - Dash app framework to develop WebApp for Inventory Management Team which resulted in reducing licensing cost of excel vendor and faster decision making of Inventory managers. Revenue equation of project is around $1.7mn.

A/B testing dashboard:

• Built A/B testing dashboard to compare a statistical model and ML model that predict demand of particular part for succeeding month, for inventory optimization.

Airlines Cost Model:

• Built cost model tables to determine various unit costs (fuel, disruption, navigation, etc..) for succeeding financial year.
• Worked on databricks SQL to develop this model by using various Data Imputation techniques.

• Assisted senior analysts in preparing data, analysing and validating data through Microsoft SSMS.
• Built Tableau dashboards for weekly/monthly reports presentation to internal senior management working for US Banking client.
• Responsible for creating technical documentation for Tableau reports to be used by stakeholders.
