Company Overview: Mindsprint was established following the demerger of Olam Information Services from Olam Group and subsequently became a wholly owned subsidiary of Wipro. The finance team continues to provide strategic finance and business partnering support to Olam Group's global businesses.

Business Supported: Supporting Olam Group's Global Cocoa Business, one of the group's largest and most strategic business segments, generating annual revenues of approximately USD 10 Billion , while partnering closely with the Cocoa Product CFO and Global Segment Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Cocoa Product CFO and Global Cocoa Segment Heads to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting , business performance management, and decision-making initiatives.

• Lead preparation of Annual Budgets , Quarterly Forecasts, Business Review Meeting (BRM) forecasts, and 5-Year Strategic Plans covering Revenue, Volumes, Working Capital, EBITDA, EBIT, and PBTI.

• Play a key role in monthly Profit & Loss finalization and forecast sign-off processes, ensuring accuracy of financial results, accounting adjustments, and management reporting.

• Prepare and present executive management reports including EBIT Bridges, Segment Performance Reports, Inventory Analytics, Customer Group Analysis, and Budget Phasing Reports tailored to leadership requirements.

• Perform monthly variance analysis against Budget, Prior Month, and Prior Year for Revenue, COGS, Gross Contribution, EBITDA, and EBIT, highlighting key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.

• Conduct detailed overhead and operating expense analysis , providing actionable insights to support management decision-making and cost optimization initiatives.

• Monitor inventory valuation, DIO, working capital, cash flow performance, and related financing arrangements including Repo, Factoring, and Reverse Factoring.

• Review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statements, Net Investment Statements, and Balance Sheet schedules to ensure accurate and timely month-end closure.

• Prepare and post key accounting entries including accruals, provisions, recharges, reclassifications, and other month-end adjustments.

• Review debtor and creditor ageing balances, support balance resolution initiatives, and account for Expected Credit Loss (ECL) provisions under IFRS 9 where applicable.

• Support group reporting, intercompany reconciliations, internal and statutory audits, and compliance with IFRS reporting requirements.

• Support internal and statutory audits while ensuring compliance with internal controls, governance standards, and IFRS reporting requirements.

• Apply IFRS principles in financial reporting and business analysis including IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 9, IFRS 13, IAS16 and IAS 2.

• Supported financial management of Olam Group's Global Cocoa Business, a strategic business segment with annual revenues in excess of USD 10 Billion .
• Contributed to delivery of business performance above budget expectations through forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering support.
