  • Strong knowledge to handle tools like Network Engineer Telcordia (PIPeR), WFMT, LLUMS, GEO HUB, GAZETTEER, SRIMS, ORION, and the interfaces indirectly interacting with the PIPeR application through the Data Integrity tool.
  • Prepare As-Built drawings, and prepare the work order; send it to the Field Engineer.
  • As a Network Associate, I provide Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) at client locations.
  • Managing the order received from the customer for a broadband fiber connection, from the initial validation up to the final installation.
  • To complete the installation and deliver the orders to the end customer as per their initial order request.
  • Check the requirements of devices such as routers, and allocate a fiber engineer to get the installation done.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to complete the build works based on the FTTC infrastructure requirements.
