JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow-up with subcontractor/site team to monitor project progress.
- Preparation of schedule look ahead with estimated man power allocation per quantity target in consideration of available resources and adjustment calculation if necessary.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly plan based on current work front availability and client’s requirement.
- Preparation of Method Statement, Procedures, Risk assessment and other documents related to projects.
- Make sure that the work done at site was based on the priority package and as per client requirement.
- Responsible in the supervision of construction activities at site.
- Provide timely variance analysis and an early warning to management on critical or near critical activities.
- Instruct subcontractors and all workers to maintain all safety practices at construction site as per the HSE standards of company.
- Ensure that schedule is based on project execution strategy and schedule milestone are achievable.
- Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram monthly as required.
- Co-ordination with client engineering department for technical assistance.
- Ability to work independently and in a multinational team environment and to motivate others and make them aware of an overall aim.
- Review the contract documents for each construction package in respect of project requirements and procedures.
- Preparation of Site reports/Completion Certificates & Projects scope of work.
- Coordinate with mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation teams to support integrated project execution
