● To develop Master Plan Schedule based on Demand Forecasts, Inventory levels and Production Capacity for Finished Goods on weekly basis.

● Coordinating with Suppliers to source Finished Goods and to ensure timely delivery of materials to fulfill the Demand requirement.

● Review and analyze MRP reports to identify Raw material and Packaging material shortages, Excess Inventory, and other supply chain issues.

● Creating and maintaining the Master data for Kinaxis Rapid Response.

● Converting the Purchase requisition into Purchase order based on the ad hoc requirement.

● Devising a Plan to liquidate Non-moving & Slow-moving materials at the distribution channels.

● Monitoring the current week's order fulfillment rate & analyzing the previous week's non-adherence loss reasons to prevent future service loss.

● Creating and maintaining production schedules for architectural glass business based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.

● Estimating and ordering raw glass and components needed for cutting production based on production schedules and inventory policies. This includes monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

● Assessing the available production capacity and resources (man,machine and material) to ensure production schedules are feasible and optimizing the utilization of resources.

● Addressing customer inquiries related to order status, delivery schedules, and production capabilities.

● Monitoring production progress and performance metrics such as production efficiency, downtime, and adherence to schedules. Generating reports and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

● Tracking and monitoring OTIF for all the customers and ensuring it is above 95%.

● Working on continuous improvement projects like achieving maximum glass yield by reducing the glass cutting wastage in cutting line.

● Collaborating with IT team for digitalization projects.

● Responsible for preparing the production plan for oil piston ring manufacturing line and machine-wise production timing plan.

● Responsible for presenting the Inventory report to management.

● Manpower handling to achieve daily production target and manage 4M Change.

● Analyzing the gap between the Production Plan and the Actuals and taking CAPA.

● Preparing Purchase Requisition for tools, jigs& fixtures and responsible for taking tool trials as per plan.

● Calculating and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

● Supervising hourly production target.

● Responsible for checking the Process and Product characteristics according to the Operational Control Procedure.
