  • Maintained strong attention to detail while reviewing numerous provider documents, interviewing staff, the person, family, and legal representative to ensure a consistent quality review for each person on the sample.
  • Review all provider process documentation for the established review period for each quality topic assigned.
  • Ensures provider interviews of quality topics and supporting documentation are reviewed for accurate representation on the report.
  • Check all my comments entered for accuracy, grammar and tense before sending the draft report for supervisor review.
