Quality Assurance Surveyor with 12 years of experience in the East Tennessee region, recognized for dedication to professional growth. Appointed as a board member at large for the Family Support Program by Commissioner Payne, representing the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD). Selected as one of six statewide participants in a Quality Assurance pilot training program, focusing on understanding the Behavioral Analyst (BA) work product tool and how to conduct effective surveys. Currently leading all BA surveys in the East region, and leading or participating in clinical service surveys in the east region to include some statewide agencies, providing training and guidance to new surveyors, and ensuring team members' confidentiality and support.
