This was a broad job with a lot to learn, because we worked in 4 stations.

• cashier- I learned how to handle cash and to converse with customers, relaying the necessary information.
• Loading (putting the vehicles on the belt)- I learned how to pay attention to the small details making sure everything was perfect.
• Parking lot-I learned how to manage my time to get as much done as possible and how to multitask to minimize the time each task takes.
• Watching the tunnel-I learned to stay focused on the task at hand and not get distracted ensuring that everything runs smoothly
• Trained new team members by relaying information on company procedures and safety requirements.

• a labor intensive and fast paced environment that almost always deals with the elements.
• A significant accomplishment of mine would be having the ability to manage jobs successfully by myself when i was a seventeen-year-old.
• Improved customer satisfaction by consistently providing precise information in detail to explain our service.
• Resolved customer complaints quickly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
