Throughout my time at Cookout I worked my way up the ladder from Employee, Crew Trainer, Manager, Salary Manager, and General Manager. As a Crew Trainer I was in charge of overseeing the training of staff and to update the ‘Cross Training Chart which was a system implemented to test and quiz new hires for effectiveness, as a Manager/ Salary Manager I spent most of my time traveling around to other stores in the area offering my assistance, I’ve worked in cookout’s in Kentucky, North Carolina, Nashville, Knoxville , and anywhere in between.

As a General Manager of Elizabethton i did as followed:

• Oversaw daily operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Managed staff schedules to optimize labor and meet peak demand periods.

• Wrote Employee schedule based on availability from staff.

• Raised sales a total of 13% during my 6 months as General Manager.
