• Observe and analyze the processes and KPIs (PCR, Efficiency, SCRAP, IPB, NQC…) within the Plant and identify areas for improvement and ensure strategic projects deadlines through management meetings & Report
• Develop and Implement Operational Excellence Strategies
• Plan, prepare and moderate workshop roadmap of the plant, define and fix the vision & goals according to the Upcoming challenges, for Country Level & Plant level (HOSHIN KANRI Strategy)
• Develop, improve the plant KPIs dashboard and reports within the plant & departments
• Work on Best Practice sharing & innovation projects within the LEONI Plants, and ensure implementation or sharing ideas through presentations and reports
• Follow-up Project plant / Segment saving VS estimated saving & Implemented ideas Saving
• Identify Areas of saving, develop Initiatives Business Case with controlling Department and make necessary Adjustment to achieve Saving Target.
• Develop and improve Production Shopfloor Layout to fit the Upcoming project (FORD & SKODA Project) in term of Equipment and production flow
• Manage central operational Excellence Tasks: Conduct regular reviews with internal stakeholders and developing reports and presentations to communicate findings to Country Mangers & to external stakeholders

• Conduct and moderate Catch ball analysis each wave and discuss the new projects with the team: Analyze and observe the processes and KPIs within the Plant segments and identify areas for improvement
• Carry out monthly and weekly audits (5S, LPA, ZDM, Gemba Walk…) and identify improvement actions
• Lead financial KPIs Projects: KATA to improve Efficiency, SCRAP and PPM and follow-Up Saving
• SMED for CUTTING
• VSM Carlines

• Lead and Moderate Continuous Improvement Projects (project to improve PPM, Improve Material Flow and reconditioning & ACTIA TN 5S Project)
• Implement lean culture in the plant: (5S, LPA, TPM…) & carry out the Audits
• Evaluate, adjust and optimize work instructions and methods
• New Workstations design with ergonomics solutions to fit existing processes, including requirements relating to lean production, Kanban, ESD
• Lead ACTIA TN NEW SITE Project: Organize resources and ensure deadlines
• Design and prepare the new site Layout (3D Model building) before it’s built (Production Shopfloor with all workstations, Warehouse design, Offices and staff) and identify each time area of improvement
