Mckenzie Vaughn

As a Merchandising Lead I am responsible for supervising a team of associates that work to keep the store merchandise displayed correctly, priced correctly, stocked, and available. I also work with receiving trucks, inventory, and will soon be forklift certified.

As a Member Service Lead I was responsible for supervising the Front End which consists of 20+ including cashiers, greeters, specialists, cart attendants, etc. I was responsible for handling member questions and complaints, fixing register issues, scheduling breaks and lunches in a timely manner, handling associate questions and concerns, and keeping up to company policies and standards.

• As a personal shopper, every day I am responsible for helping complete hundreds of orders on time and in an orderly manner.
• I also have to make sure the entire order is fulfilled and taken out to them in a short amount of time.

• Being in Club Pickup, I also am required to interact with every department of the store, meaning I have a well-rounded knowledge of the entire store and its operations.
