Collaborated with my Manager on the following migration Projects

• Assisted in Transitioning the (SECS)customer from MCI to MVBUS for specific orders using Cursor, Triggers , Exceptions and Procedure.
• To eliminate '01' prefix from specific toll-free numbers used the LTRIM function and performed the necessary steps as instructed.
• To update the toll-free number for a specific Customer and Country in multiple tables and analyze the data and execute the necessary changes using the regexp_replace function and SQL statements.

Automation Projects

• Identified tasks that involved significant manual intervention and automated them by creating SQL and Batch scripts.
• I proactively addressed various code issues and customer facing challenges enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
• Interpreted business needs and developed advanced SQL queries and scripts to extract the required data for analysis.
