- Coordinated and implemented two start-up programs for CTE secondary health sciences at William Blount High School (1996) and at Maryville High School (2004).
- Developed and implemented curriculum for 7 health science courses and two capstone programs of study.
- Served as WBL coordinator for Health Sciences and networked with various health care facilities/staff to design and manage WBL learning experiences for state nursing assistant certification (CNA).
- Partnered with AMR to develop and implement an MOU for a national registry certification course for Emergency Medical Responder (EMR).
- Managed HOSA student organization and organized leadership / team-building workshops, academic competitions, and fund-raising events.

- Implemented iReach digital conversion and integrated technology into instructional delivery with utilization of Blackboard and Canvas online classroom management systems.
