• Have experience working in Unix
• Lead end-to-end implementation of payer integrations, including EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) connections.
• Conduct eligibility, benefits, and claims testing before go-live.
• Troubleshoot payer connection issues, and manage escalations

Second project

• We perform analysis when a patient has more than one insurance policy (e.g., a primary, secondary and tertiary insurance).
• Prevent duplicate payments and reduce overpayments by making sure claims are paid correctly.
• Update patient insurance information in facets accurately.
• Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and members to clarify coverage details.
• Using service now tool to handle the tickets.

• Sending PPK kit to merchants, doing seamless integration
• Create and send Tokenization for storing card details in the server
• Generating logs for the websites to analyze the transaction failure and coordinating with the bank to process the transactions

• Assisting the university staffs in uploading grades and assessments in student portals
• Configuration of supporting applications and UAT testing for new staff
