• I have substitute taught in every grade level in elementary school over the last 2 years.

• Maintained classroom rules and expectations along with implementing lesson plans and classroom syllabus requirements.

• Managed classroom behavior to maintain a safe and healthy learning environment for all students

• I work with small groups of children who need extra help with reading skills. My day is broken up into 4 blocks of time working with a different grade level each group time.

• We work on basic reading skills and learning syllable rules and tips to help with pronunciation and vocabulary.

• We work on building confidence and positive attitudes towards reading, school and learning in general.

• Most importantly we show love and grace and build relationships to help these babies grow in who they are meant to be.
