At Gower Elementary I work with exceptional education students, in both the general education and exceptional education classrooms. I assist both teachers while in each of the classrooms. I follow teachers daily routine and provide alternative activities when needed. I am very flexible and able to move to different areas of the school to work with different children.

As a site assistant I help foster a positive, safe and engaging environment. I assist in implementing daily curriculum that will spark the children’s imagination, build self-esteem and help them discover new things each day. As well as communicate with parents and other staff members.

Assist classroom teacher by providing children a positive learning environment, a variety of learning experiences through play, help each child develop their social , emotional, intellectual,and physical development through age -appropriate enrichment activities. I also helped prepare lesson plans , bulletins board display and follow a daily schedule.
