• Design network and security audits: supervision and risk analysis based on WIPRO report
• Manage IT Budget: Laptop, licenses, maintenance cost, i-devices
• Manage IT Contracts: Telecommunication, Network, Printer services, Assets warranty, …
• Manage ERP Solution (SAP AIO) with Global Team, Lead expenses report (E-Travel) on SAP Aio
• Manage i-devices : IOS version, device lifecycle , device compliance
• Ensure Stability of Salesforces Tool (iRep) on IPad users: check for Database update, verify report, tool version...
• Install, configure and manage Novartis Windows environment
• Manage incidents on Service Now: track incident and check ticket need escalation, update knowledge base, report extraction and presentation during a weekly call to reach global KPI
• Coordinate with Global Security Team: Datalogger responsibilities with PCT (Pharmacy Central of Tunisia), Disaster test live on Site, Disaster Scenario using Everbridge application,..
• Coordinate with Global HSE Team: schedule HSE Training on internal Portal, educate users to escalate incidents, ..
• Manage Video Conference Cisco solution: Version check, user training, maintenance and life cycle
• Promotion of new IT tool: MS Teams, DocuSign, Data Logger, Cisco Webex, …
• Analyse des données relatives aux accidents du travail pour identifier les tendances et améliorer les performances HSE.
• Élaboration de stratégies visant à promouvoir une culture positive en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement au sein de l'organisation.
