• Together with the commercial team, establish short and long-range product development plans, enabling the company to maintain/enhance competitive advantage and generate additional revenue through the introduction of new services within the scope of work
• Apply specialist knowledge of markets and industries to support the sales efforts to new clients
• Influence and negotiate development projects with clients leveraging on relationships formed with key parties
• Motivate, direct and develop the team to achieve their goals and targets

• Maintain customer service at the targeted level
• Contribute to the monthly S&OP meeting & lead the weekly MPS review follow-up
• Make the most efficient and effective use of resources (materials, labor and equipment)
• Keep inventories and/or backlogs at the desired levels according to the organization's strategy

• Supported inventory optimization initiatives through accurate MPS calculations
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline S&OP-MPS communication
• Manage Phase in / out of material & products to minimize obsolete stock and claim customer or any fluctuation impact liability or waste of resource.

• Responsible for planning, material ordering and capacity resources study.
• Manage Demand & Supply planning within all new projects and end of life items.
• Monitoring supply chain indicators and implementing the necessary actions to achieve them.
• Initiate, plan and execute continuous improvement across the supply chain

• Evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Implement strategies to eliminate waste, including overproduction, waiting time, and excess inventory
• Use Lean methodologies like Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping to drive ongoing improvements
• Train employees on Lean principles and tools to ensure effective application throughout the organization.
