Cards and Distribution Partnership

Building and managing strategic alliances to expand a credit card services with 3rd party financial institutions in collaboration with Citi.

• Technical team lead for overall cards and distribution partnerships, Have extensively worked for AU white-label partners- Qantas, Kogan, VMA, Coles supporting credit card on boarding , accounts, cards, Wallet, Card registration and payment functionalities.
• Distribution partnership for Wealth markets- SG &HK for co branded collaboration mainly for on boarding, card purchase and rewards functionality. This role involves timely development and systematic support for potential partners.
• No touch on boarding support of partners to Citi - an automated process using which partners can be on boarded to Citi for using Rewards functionality without following any release window.
• Development of open, Private REST APIs using Spring integration and Tibco BW services
• Proficient in Core Java , with extensive experience in building robust applications using Spring Integration frameworks,and a strong focus on quality assurance through testing frameworks like Junit.
• Good knowledge on GIT, JIRA, Bitbucket, RLM, Splunk, LSE, OpenShift.
• Have received Citi Gold and copper awards for contribution to CardsPartnership.
• Added expertise in Apigee Edge platform - API development for building and managing APIs exposed to partners.

Project Global Common 2.0 is a Customer Service product under this strategic program, making sure all the operations can talk to each other globally and have the same information at their fingertips. GC aims at having a Citi customer could go into a bank anywhere and have their requirements met.

It also provides consistent technology on one global platform across Citi.

• Develop API’s with IntelliJ IDEA and TIBCO BW Services for the given requirements.
• Onboarding and whitelisting of open APIs to third party partners or partner channel in APIM using IBM API connect.
• Involved in partner discussion and partner screen flow validation.
• Involved in the migration of API web services to Rest Services using Spring Framework.
• Managing a small team of offshore developers.
• Managing the configurations and code movement to SIT, UAT into BIT BUCKET.
• Involved in defect fixing for the API’s Developed.
• Involved in support of QA, UAT Testing for the API’s developed.
• Solution design for the functional and performance defects by debugging
