Responsibilities:

• · Established clear communication channels between QA and development
  teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues discovered during testing phases.

Finacle omnichannel applications testing - There is an extensive set of APIs enable delivery of personalized experiences on various channel applications. Application under test (AUT) also includes web-based application, Internet banking site which allows the user to perform personal banking activities such as Payment transactions, manage limits, Download statements, Bill Payments, and Incident Management.

• Successfully rolled out Finacle core banking 10.x solution in African countries with utmost quality by providing proper Test Plan, Estimation and Test Strategy, Monitoring the defects till closure
• Strong knowledge in Payments (Domestic and cross border) Involved in testing – ACH, RTGS/SWIFT, cheque processing and Bill Payments in Finacle Worked with peripherals system Integration testing in Finacle core banking application
• Involved in internal and external Test plan review meetings with various stakeholders of the team
