- Answer all calls from a builder on the work cell and sometimes also on the work phone. Usually there were text threads to keep up with as well
- Based off of communicating with the builder, my project manager and sometimes homeowners, jobs would be scheduled accordingly based off of how far into the project we were
- Pull the proper permits based off of the work projected and schedule all inspections after certain aspects of the job were completed
- Anytime any digging was involved, call in the locates so as to not disrupt any other works lines that were near or around the job
- Keep an accurate log of the work in progress and job cards as the job would progress
- Make sure there was documented approval on any work orders that were added due to changes made during the project
- Send invoices to the proper parties as soon as work is done. Also be sure to match records in HCP (House Call Pro) and QuickBooks
- When discussing particulars with anybody, add in notes in HCP to keep an accurate account that everybody can see when they pull up the job
- Check in with the project manager and builders to see how soon we would be needed back as construction progressed
- Upload any documents, pictures, and screen shots that pertained to the job
