Developing the samples received from the buyers, with precision to the requirement. A time factor is a major criteria when doing sampling. Teaming up with factory and merchandisers for new ranges to keep the buyer updated. Planning new ranges and products presentation to the buyers about the new trends and collection periodically such as that they are fed with good volume of new samples every month. After receipts of sample developments, we will sort out a plan of action and get started with a different range and platform to be very diligent way of converting them to orders. Sampling being made with varied options does this. Getting into in-depth of all criteria involved in sampling and finding all possibilities to convert the program into a success is the major plus point in my career. Hence maintains a through record of all day to day activities and keeps them well organized and well informed to all concerned. Also maintains cordial relationship between the merchandising team and the management team to have an update of facilities and opportunities opening up in the market and be as a watch eye for the concern. Track all the orders in stage by stage including department wise with the help of Production tracker. Coordinate with each person to update the status of the production for making the shipment on time. Planning to finish orders in easiest way and find the possibility to reduce the cost of all products, that means finding the supplier to who one make product in best quality at the same in best price. Conducting PPM meeting, and Doing In line, Midline, final Inspections for all the orders. Following up on the shipping documents also. My Motto in the life is to “DO YOUR BEST, REST ALL WILL FOLLOW” which I am proud to say is what keeps me ahead of the rest.
