  • Ensure correctness and completeness of invoice information as per Bank policies, and ensure that invoices are posted to the correct and relevant cost object and GL
  • Ensure payment is released for approved invoices and confirm to client unit
  • Handle queries related to vendor payments, vendor modifications, and banking detail updates

  • Follow up with project managers to record expenses in SAP to ensure the cost is recorded in consecutive FY
