  • Dear Hiring Manager
  • I am writing today because I wish to be considered a candidate for the Registered Nurse's open position within the Gallagher Bassett organization. I have reviewed the qualifications listed for this position, and I am confident to say that I will bring the excellent skills and leadership that you require.
  • Thirteen years ago, I started my nursing career as LPN and quickly learned that working as a nurse is exhausting but fulfilling. Today, I am proud to say that I developed a passion for this work and thrived in a fast-paced environment. I also love the opportunity I have each day to care for patients and be there for their loved ones. The leadership team recognized my exceptional patient care, and I received The Daisy Award For Extraordinary Nurses in 2017 and Mercy Award in 2022. My passion for growing as a caregiver helped me continue my education as a nurse and guided me through advanced nursing education. As a graduate from the Jeanette M. Travis School of Nursing at Martin Methodist College on May 1, 2021, with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree am looking for the opportunity to grow within a healthcare field.
  • As a nurse at the local hospital, I had an opportunity to expand my experience to different hospital areas. I had a chance to care for the patients in the ICU, medical-surgical, surgery recovery units and as ER case manager/ quality review. I am proud to say that I have gained skills, experiences, and knowledge that prepared me to provide excellent, evidence-based practice care to my patients. I have developed leadership skills that my peers and faculty team recognized by nominating me to induct into campus leadership society, Omicron Delta Kappa.
  • You will learn from my resume that I grew up in Ukraine and graduated high school overseas. I received a higher level of education in the United States. I was honored to have an opportunity to develop my skills through the various personal development workshops and continue education seminars. Cultural diversity and sensitivity can contribute to team growth and development in my new position. I am an extremely hard-working individual and have outstanding patient-relationship skills, and I prioritize the well-being of those in my care.
  • Thank you in advance for your consideration. I am excited about the possibility of transferring into the new role at Gallagher Bassett.
  • Sincerely
  • Nadia Jordan
