• Collaborate closely with the Chief of Party (COP) and Senior Management Team (SMT) to contextualize program data and develop vulnerability-specific mitigation plans in Ma3an target communities

• Successfully led the Design and implementation of the SOLVE activity, facilitating the development of local solutions tackling Violent Extremism in Tunisia and ensuring effective revisions to the SOLVE process based on project outcomes

• Work closely and continuously with the DCOP and SMT and Provide expertise and advice and technical recommendations on Methodology (including data collection instruments and analytical framework) to ensure the appropriate design and implementation of P/CVE interventions
• Oversee the implementation of P/CVE activities in Ma3an target communities under the supervision of the DCOP and in coordination with program teams
• Closely and Support the Tunisian National Counter Terrorism in developing the National Counter Terrorism Strategy and its operational Action Plan, while collaborating on capacity assessments and overseeing the capacity-building process for the Commission's local representatives
• Facilitate workshops to strengthen P/CVE plans of action; contribute specialized inputs on P/CVE matters, drafting talking points and speeches for senior managers
• Design data collection tools on the drivers of VE, including surveys, focus groups discussions, and Key informant interviews) As needed throughout the project
• Provide technical design & implementation support to national, local partners and staff to ensure the appropriate understanding and use of the Ma3an P/CVE Model
• Develop a contextualized capacity building package(s), including training curricula and tools, and Delivering P/CVE training to national and local partners and guarantee the appropriate understanding, design and implementation of P/CVE programming

Achievements:

• Successfully oversaw the partnership implementation between FHI360/Ma3an Program and the Tunisian National Counter Terrorism Commission, strengthening collaboration on national security initiatives
• Supported the successful development and rollout of Tunisia's National Counter Terrorism Strategy and Action Plan, aligning with national P/CVE objectives
• Led a comprehensive capacity and needs assessment for the CNLCT’s 48 local representatives across Tunisia, followed by a robust capacity-building program
• Successfully designed and implemented the SOLVE Methodology, a 1.2 million Dinar project that developed innovative local solutions for P/CVE in Tunisia
• Supported the design and implementation of National APS Grants, overseeing 3 grants across 24 governorates with an investment exceeding 1.2 million Dinars over 18 months
• Developed four contextualized P/CVE studies and tools specific to the Tunisian context, including resources on context analysis, community policing, P/CVE program design, and alternative discourse strategies

• Provide Trainings and collaborate with staff and partners in Ma3an methodologies implementation (e.g., FHI 360’s SCALE+, Community Based Development, etc.) and work with the Technical Advisor PYD (Positive youth development) and Community Resilience (e.g., FHI 360’s community youth mapping [CYM])
• Work with the Senior Technical Advisor Technical Advisor on the contextual socio-political changes/movements and assess their impact on the community’s resilience and update the technical calendar of the program activities accordingly
• Work with Senior Technical Advisor to ensure the technical quality of Ma3an activities, including those directly implemented by FHI 360 and those implemented by international and local implementing partners
• Develop and implement an organizational assessment process for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and provide them with capacity building and technical skills trainings
• Reporting of Ma3an community resilience process, activities, workshops, trainings, and relevant events
• Support the local partners and ME&L team in the analysis of program and activities results
• Coordinate regularly with Regional Program Managers in all offices to ensure that activities are in alignment with program goals

• Successfully coordinated resilience activities, supporting local youth mappers, and implemented customized CSO capacity-building modules

• Taught 'Total Quality Management' and 'Management and Leadership' to undergraduate students, enhancing their understanding of core management principles

UNDP - Tamkeen Project

• Support civil society partners and equip them with the appropriate capacities and skills needed in the implementation of their projects; (more than 60 CSOs supported and managed from 3 different calls for application)
• Lead the Monitoring process of the projects implementation and support the CSO with technical and contextual aspects
