Dynatrace Experts Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain Dynatrace infrastructure monitoring solutions for cloud and on- premise data center environments Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, availability, and reliability of the infrastructure. 2. Responsible for managing ZBOX.
a. Developed a new application in BOX for ZBOX (Zurich Municipal, Canada, ZNA) using APIs.
3. Worked on configuring apps in EIF.
4. Working on ServiceNow incidents related to Box (Zbox) and EIF.
5. Worked on adding a new item to the existing choice list, creating search templates, and properties in FileNet.
6. Conducted KT sessions for new joiners regarding the Admin activities of Dynatrace, ZBOX, and EIF.
7. Responsible for performing pre-flight checks to ensure application functionality.
8. Responsible for preparing monthly and weekly reports on Critical Transactions of the insurance applications.
