Plan, schedule, execute and assure quality of all inspections and maintenance during the Operation and Maintenance period.

• To Maintain the Project Highway in accordance with the requirements and tolerance specified in the concessionaire Agreement.
• Maintaining the Carriageway, Road marking, signage/Road furniture and Safety barriers in good condition.
• Maintain the Vegetation /Landscaping and Turfing /Slope protection works within RoW as per the contract.
• Inspection of drainage/drainage structures/bridges and retaining walls along and across the project Highway.
• Issuing of instructions to the team members suitably regarding the quality and progress of the works as required.
• Ensure Lane Availability at all times.
• Ensure safety of the road user and meeting all safety requirements.
• Vetting of all reports and ensuring the dispatch of the same in time.
• Ensure Traffic Management and safety during incidents/Accident, at Maintenance Area and Force Measure events.
• Prepare and submit regular reports (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) to IC/NHAI upon approval of Project Manager.
• Organize periodic review meetings with all contractors and pursue the decision taken.
• Coordinate with surveyor of Insurance Company in assessment of damages to Highway property due to accident, burglary & other reasons, prepare claim documents and follow up the timely settlement of claims after submission to Insurance Company.
• Conducting field performance tests of NSV, FWD, MBIU, Reflectivity of Signs & Road marking, LUX level of lighting, Sight distance and reviewing test reports.
• Maintenance of Street lighting, project facilities as per Concession Agreement
• Construction and maintenance of Advance Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) such as ECB, VIDS, VMS, ATCC, PTZ cameras etc.
• Incident Management System with Route Patrolling, Ambulances and Cranes etc.
• Accident Analysis and rectification of MoRTH identified Black Spots.
• Encroachment removal.
• Maintenance of landscaping.
• Take all precautions for the prevention of accidents and ensure HSE plan on project Highway.

• : Responsible for construction of all road works and construction of various temporary structures like P&M workshop, 60 MT Weigh Bridge, Batching plant foundation, site office building, Foundation concrete works for Wmm plant & Hot mix plant.
