I worked as a Stem Cell Counsellor at Cloudnine Hospital in Bangalore, where I educated patients on the importance of stem cell preservation. My ability to communicate effectively helped many patients understand the value of the service and opt for the stem cell package.

Over the course of a year, I gained a strong understanding of the hospital’s internal operations and managerial structure. I observed the functioning of the HR department and actively supported both the Outpatient (OP) and Inpatient (IP) teams. I also worked closely with OP and IP managers to help resolve operational challenges.

This hands-on experience allowed me to collaborate across departments and deepen my understanding of how management systems work and evolve in a hospital environment. I am now looking forward to taking up managerial roles within the healthcare industry
