After completing dry cycle test, check for the performance of the process and facilities
Cycle Time Proving and Signoff:
Quality Proving: Closely monitoring each step of project processing to maintain the quality as per the customer specification and, if any deviation is needed, making the modification with the help of the supplier. (During this, QP points are to be recorded.)
PAPP proving: Make sure that Run@rate cycle time proving to be completed at PAPP stage and pending QP points are closed before going for mass production
Sign off: After correcting QP points, signing off the facilities to the concerned department with all supporting documents.
