• Electrical Execution of Earthing and Lightning protection, Lighting, Cable laying, Glanding & Termination of electrical equipment's and readiness of Electrical Motors for NLT (No Load Test) Implement equipment earthing, plant cabling, glanding & termination, testing and pre-commissioning of electrical equipment. On schedule / ahead of schedule completion of project 100% achievement of project milestones
• Planning and Project control - Monitoring project progress and reports sending Daily/Weekly & Monthly, Schedule monitoring, Preparing power point presentation for project review meetings Weekly/Monthly, Co-ordination with client, Management reports.
