- Automated the order assignment process by developing an application using Cloud Telephony, Google Maps API, etc which brought down the time taken to assign an order from 17 minutes to 0.
- Launched a mobile app for customers to book doorstep collection of scraps. This helped onboard 3000+ new customers in 6 months and also cut down calls to our call centers by 65%.
- Being a startup and constrained by resources accomplished all of these by working mostly with interns and volunteers.
