A high end steakhouse where I work as a server and steak cutter. Here I handle typical server roles such as taking orders and maintaining tables, and I also have a unique role where I custom cut the steak at the table to any size of the customer’s request . I’ve learned and dealt with customers from all over the world here, gaining experience in many different cultures and preferences.

Here I handled multiple responsibilities, such as coordinating and setting up sporting events, maintaining the event throughout, selling admissions as well as merchandising, tear downs of events, and marketing the event to teams and groups throughout the country.
