I have been in the food/service industry since I was 16 starting off as kitchen staff and slowly became and bartender/server once I turned 18. I have always been fascinated with the process of fermentation, specifically in alcoholic beverages such as beer and liquors. That is why I am currently getting my bachelors in Fermentation Science in hopes to one day open my own brewery or distillery.
