• Managed Lab DRI responsibilities, including maintenance of laboratory records, consumable inventory tracking, spare part requirements, checklist management, and implementation of 5S standards to ensure organized and efficient lab operations.
• Performed Failure Analysis (FA) on iPhone displays to identify root causes of defects, supporting corrective and preventive action (FACA) activities.
• Conducted functional testing of iPhone displays to verify proper working, performance, and compliance with specification requirements.
• Operated and analyzed data from advanced instruments such as Keyence 3D Microscope, TDR, LVSM, system multimeter, OCT, and spectrophotometer to detect electrical, optical, and structural failure causes.
• Used MPX to measure and validate display brightness levels and ensure conformity with defined specifications.
• Performed Touch Screen Panel (TSP) testing to measure minimum voltage and current required for display turn-on, and evaluated spec value deviations.
• Analyzed tester error codes during functional testing and executed troubleshooting activities to resolve failures efficiently.
• Supported display functionality validation by ensuring accurate electrical, optical, and touch performance testing.Collaborated with cross-functional teams to share failure insights and improve display reliability and yield.
• Prepared detailed test reports, FA documentation, and analysis records for traceability and quality compliance.
