

I have been with Union Station since 2023, starting as a Guest Service Representative and working my way up to Night Auditor. Over the years I have handled check-ins and check-outs, communicated with guests to resolve disputes, and managed GXP cases to make sure every concern was taken care of the right way. I always made sure the front desk was stocked and ready to go. One thing I take real pride in is my attendance. Have not been late a single day since I started. Being trusted with the Night Audit role means I now run the front desk on my own overnight, handling reconciliation and taking care of whatever guests need. I know this property, I know the team, and I am ready to take the next step as Assistant Front Office Manager.
