Hello, I’m Omar Talbi, an internationally certified Security Operations Manager (SOM®) specializing in high-security operations within the banking and financial sector. I combine operational expertise, strategic leadership, and global-standard practices to protect people, assets, and critical infrastructure in complex, high-stakes environments.
My journey began over five years ago as a Security Operator & Surveillance Technician (SOP®) at the Central Security Post (CSP®) of ManageTech Franchise Fnac Darty – Mall of Sousse. From the outset, I discovered that security is not only about guarding assets but about anticipating threats, managing risks, and maintaining operational resilience.
Today, I serve as Security Operations Manager at the Bank of Tunisia and the Emirates (BTE), overseeing high-security banking operations across multiple sites. I lead specialized teams, implement integrated security systems, and develop operational protocols that ensure maximum protection, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity. My approach emphasizes situational awareness, risk mitigation, and proactive threat management principles critical to high-security environments.
I am also the Founder of Lexon Secure, a specialized brand focused on training, consulting, operational audits, and professional security media. Lexon Secure will soon launch online, providing advanced, globally-aligned security training for professionals and organizations aiming to operate at the highest standards of safety and preparedness.
Internationally, I hold over 70 certifications in physical security, risk management, fire and occupational safety, humanitarian security, and strategic operations, issued by leading institutions including UNDSS, UNICEF, Save the Children, INSO, The Knights of Safety Academy (UK), PMI, CGSA, Hikvision, and others.
These certifications reflect expertise at the highest professional and global security standards, allowing me to integrate UN, ISO, NGO, and advanced operational protocols into every mission I lead.
My mission is to define and elevate modern security standards within the banking sector and beyond combining human expertise, technological innovation, and ethical leadership to create environments that are safe, resilient, and strategically protected.
Security is not just protection ; It’s high-level precision, professional integrity, and strategic excellence.
