- Entered all data into the ChildPlus for SE TN Head Start prior to additional Data Entry Staff being hired. Data was entered for 448 Head Start/Early Head Start children, pregnant women, and their families
- Trained all Head Start/Early Head Start staff on every component of the ChildPlus Software program.
- Supervised between 1 and 3 additional Data Entry Specialist which included quality monitoring of data entered, training data entry on new and/or enhanced features to ensure staff had the knowledge to enter data efficiently and accurately.
- Met with data entry staff on a monthly basis and more often if needed.
- Worked closely with all management staff to ensure the agency was maintaining compliance with the Office of Head Start's Head Start Program Performance Standard which was crucial to ensure Federal Grants were maintained and tri-annual review data was accurate with no findings occurring during my 16+ years with Family Resource Agency's Tennessee Head Start/Early Head Start Program.
- Worked with all management staff for reporting of the annual Program Information Report (PIR) had accurate data and uploaded the information into the Office of Head Start's national database used for reporting of the PIR. This data was used in our Tri-Annual Reviews conducted by a review team from the Office of Head Start.
