  • On a daily basis CHCS and MHS Genesis systems are used to schedule, cancel, reschedule appointments with primary care providers. Messages and telephone consultations (TCONS) are sent daily to primary care clinics. The messages are used as a direct line of communication to primary care providers to request lab results, lab orders, medication renewals, referral renewals, and any symptoms requiring the guidance of primary care physician. Proper spelling, punctuation, grammar, and medical terminology are utilized to update and notate patient records.
  • Also serve as second in command when Team Lead is out of the office. Manage between 8-9 agents providing guidance when needed. Communicate to agents any changes to the hospital protocol via training groups or email. Monitor lunch and break times are taken on time. Monitor agent wallboard (shows agent activity) and report to Team Lead a daily report and any discrepancies.
