Peter Wilford

I worked as an orientation leader at the University of Tennessee, where I helped new students find their footing in a new environment through small groups and university events. After I had been an orientation leader for a year, I was eventually promoted to Team Leader, where I would organize and teach newly-hired orientation leaders.

As a political canvasser for the Knox County Democratic Party, I would go door to door in local Knoxville neighborhoods to speak with residents about candidates running for public office in their district. I worked for a variety of candidates on the local level and went door to door in a variety of neighborhoods

I worked as a Camp Counselor at Bridge Scholars at Chattanooga, where I helped unprivileged youth of a variety of ages learn and develop skills related to academic success that they could then apply throughout their schooling.
