Super Novae (www.super-novae.org) is a non-profit organization specialized on economic empowerment in conflict-affected countries, with a focus on employability and entrepreneurship (15 million euros of projects in 3 years). Its founding members have long standing experience in conflict sensitive environment and benefit from a wide network of partners in country. Super Novae combines the best of human brains to technological solutions to implement impact-oriented projects which can be monitored on-line on real time. C2: Design capacity building training and deliver courses for 6 to 8 civil society organizations to help them accompany women and youth entrepreneurs in remote areas of Libya.

Access to finance / Business angel network : set up the first Libyan’s business angel network. Design the technical assistance and work with European association of business angels. Choose the local partners to build the network and create a dynamic agenda to boost the ecosystem.

STREAM: UK funded project - Implementation of an incubator / accelerator in Tripoli

  • Follow and provide technical support to Stream team to enhance services offered to entrepreneurs
  • Provide technical support to entrepreneurs who benefited from grants to ensure sound management of grants. This could be either collective on-demand training's and/or individualized coaching
  • Monitoring performance of grantees, in liaison with monitoring and evaluation officer

Social Entrepreneurship Initiative: UNICEF

  • In partnership with other international partners, train trainers to set-up social entrepreneurship club within selected schools
