• Developed and maintained a full-stack application that enables users to upgrade their card tiers.
• Developed strong client relationships through timely and thorough follow-up on inquiries and concerns.

• CICD using Jenkin’s pipeline and deployed in OCP.

• Writing test coverage using JUnit and the Mockito framework for the API.
• Integrated SonarQube for continuous code quality analysis and test coverage tracking, ensuring clean and maintainable code.
• Developed and configured Spring Boot scheduler to automate periodic report generation using OpenCsv, and integrated Spring Boot Mail Starter with AppRelay(internal SMTP server) for automated internal report distribution.
• Automated failure handling by designing a scheduler-based retry mechanism to reprocess failed requests (notification, eLetter, memo) from the database.
• Actively participated in Scrum activities, like sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to team discussions and process improvements.
