• Worked as functional consultant in SAP PP, material master workflows and packaging module in a support project. Handling support issues on Standard/custom PP master data,order,GI,GR, confirmation related issues, MRP related, and custom transactions or report issues, IDoc errors, material master workflow issues, BOM ECO errors, specification etc.

• Perform RCA for incidents/problems, providing support to incidents as per priority and document the same.

• Proactive issue identification and resolution. Problem determination includes replicating the issues and identifying the problem in resolution. Collaborating with cross functional teams to provide further support to business.

• Responsible for updating factory calendar for all sites for each year in mass.

• Handling Batch jobs using Autosys tool and also background job creation as per site request.

• Worked on bug fixes in PP, IDocs and material master workflows.

• Worked on MSR (Maintenance service request) for transportable configuration changes/direct production updates like capacity planner group, lot size creation, planning calendar, coverage profile, MRP controller, production supervisor, rounding profile, planning scenario, MRP area description change, updating custom tables, updating planning horizon,

• Performing Regression testing as part of RFC (Request for change) process during monthly maintenance release, preparing formal testing document in ALM and updating the pdocs/valdoc with the necessary reason and fix that was implemented for bugs. Created test scripts for testing scenarios.

PP : Master data, Process order, GI, GR, Confirmation, IDocs, custom reports/transactions.

Material master : Custom material workflow related issues in MMWF/GFS. Knowledge on end to end scenarios of creation/changing/extension of material and their approvals. Worked on PPOME transaction for providing access to users based on requirements.

Collaborating with MDG to resolve issues. Moved bug fixes for the workflow related issues.

Packaging - Knowledge on change number and specification related issues. Usage of change number in Bill of materials and customized specifications issues. Assisting in requirement gathering sessions, leading to better understand the client needs to work on the enhance request (ER).
