Work directly with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Technical Program Managers to ensure building testable and automation components.
Work includes understood the user requirements, developed test cases, automation scripts, perform the testing, debug the automation code and provide comprehensive reports.
Evaluate the functional and non-functional requirements for test-ability, test cases and use cases for suitability for automation.
Understand the Business requirement to develop the test plan and test scripts using Selenium Test suite.
Provide timely project related data as required in applicable systems and ensure timely reporting and response to client partners.
Analyse and locate the exception layer where failure of test scripts occurred and fix the scripts.
Support the test team by recommending tools and processes to automate other test activities, such as test management, reporting, test data generation and defect management.
Monitor the build run on daily basis to identify the issue and notify the respective stakeholder.
Analyse the Regression build reports to categorise the issue types i.e – Data, Script or Application and take action accordingly.
Develop the backlog cases and push into the Regression Suite based on the client requirements.
Involved in In-Sprint automation script design and regression test suite execution for every release.
Provide support on Test Case validation on Releases whenever required.
Collect and provide collaborative status reports on daily basis to Client and Management.
