• Perform TDM assessments, identify gaps and propose recommendations and strategy.

As a Test Data Management Engineer, I was responsible to,

- Provision and Supply relevant test data to the Business, Developers and Testing team to expedite their testing

- Perform Data Refreshes for Distributed systems like Oracle, MS SQL Server

- Search and flag the PHI and PII information in the databases

- Apply data masking to the PHI and PII Information flagged in the lower environments using Informatica TDM tool

- Create the Access Definitions, Column maps and data masking functions for repeated masking requests

- Analyze and expedite Data Refresh requests for distributed systems

- Perform Data Sub-setting, Selective Data Refresh wherever applicable to avoid frequent full refreshes and parametrize subset criteria

- Collaborate with Business Analyst and Project teams to understand their test data needs before even the development starts

- Analyze Batch jobs and setup data in intermediate flat files for service or program level testing.
